Welcome to Ryvn, a product of ZanEvra Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application, website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

3. Scope of Services 
Ryvn is designed to help users reduce their mental load by integrating with various personal and professional tools (such as calendars, emails, and social accounts) and leveraging AI to automate and streamline tasks. Features may include, but are not limited to:
Task and schedule management
AI-assisted content creation
Social content aggregation
Workflow automation
 
We may update or remove features at our discretion.

4. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription & Billing
Some Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
 
Refund Policy:
We do not generally offer refunds for subscription fees once a billing cycle has started. However, we may issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in limited circumstances — for example, in cases of:
Duplicate charges or billing errors;
Service disruptions lasting more than 48 hours; or
Account cancellation within 72 hours of initial purchase (first-time users only).
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@ryvn.me within 7 days of the charge. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of any content you upload or provide through the Services. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Upon account deletion, we will delete all user data immediately, except for your name and email address, which we will retain for our records in compliance with applicable law.

7. Third-Party Integrations
Ryvn may integrate with third-party platforms. By enabling integrations, you authorize us to access, store, and process data from such third-party services solely to provide functionality within Ryvn.These integrations are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of such integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

8. AI-Generated Content
Ryvn may produce AI-generated content. You understand and agree that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of such content, and you use it at your own risk.You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for personal, professional, or business purposes.

9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Services
Submit content that is harmful, misleading, or infringes intellectual property rights
 
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Cause harm to other users or the Company
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZanEvra Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of Ryvn or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date,” and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
